How to delete your account
You can permanently delete your Homestead account and all of its data directly from within the App — no need to contact support.

Open the App and go to the Profile tab.
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Tap "Account".
This opens your account settings.

Tap "Delete Account".
You'll see a summary of what will be permanently removed.

Confirm deletion.
Once confirmed, your account and data are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.
What happens when you delete your account
- All properties and property details
- All assets, including condition, status, and history
- Uploaded photos and documents (manuals, receipts, warranties)
- Maintenance rules and maintenance history
- Reminders and notification history
- Registered devices and push notification tokens
Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered by you or by GPP. Please make sure you have exported or saved anything you need before confirming deletion.
